Adobe asked me to create a couple of illustrations as part of their Creative Residency Community Fund. One on the topic of education and another on yoga.
Worked on this while on sabbatical in northern Colombia, checking off dream of working from the beach. And the local flora heavily influenced some of the shapes.
First topic was education. I wanted to portray the role of educators and ancestors and our responsibility to lift the next generation up.
For yoga, I wanted to illustrate breaking the body down, breathing in, and becoming your surroundings while practicing.
